Welcome to Blue Sky Med Spa and Wellness Center LLC. To ensure a smooth, transparent, and seamless experience for all our clients, please review our practice policies, cancellation guidelines, and legal terms below. By booking an appointment or purchasing products through Blue Sky Med Spa, you agree to these terms.
1. Appointments & Cancellation Policy
We value your time and dedicate specific resources to your care. We kindly ask for courtesy notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your appointment time to another client.
Standard Clinic Appointments: 24 hours’ notice required. Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service value. No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service value.
Rescheduling: If you reschedule your standard appointment within the required 24-hour notice window, no fee is charged, and any deposit transfers to your new visit.
Concierge Appointments: 48 hours’ notice required. Late cancellations or no-shows for concierge visits will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Group & Corporate Bookings: 72 hours’ notice required. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the total group booking value.
Cards on File: A valid credit card may be required at the time of booking to reserve your scheduled time slot.

2. Retail Skincare Return Policy
We carry medical-grade skincare lines—including Epicutis® and Revision® Skincare—to support and elevate your treatment results.
Unopened Products: Unopened, unused skincare products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.
Opened / Used Products: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
3. Compound Medications, Peptides & Specialty Therapies
Non-Refundable: All purchased compound medications, peptides, and specialized self-administration vials are 100% non-refundable once ordered or dispensed. Because these medications are compounded specifically for individual patient prescriptions, they cannot be returned, re-dispensed, or transferred.
Training & Education Fee: The one-time $149 Training & Education fee covers personalized 1-on-1 instruction with our licensed clinical staff and is non-refundable once the training session has been completed.
